A: Unfortunately due to the in game requirements we do not put messages on the Video Board or do announcements over the PA system.

Q: How do I recognize outstanding service at Ralph Wilson Stadium?
A:
To recognize outstanding service you can fill out a comment card obtained at a Guest Service Booth or send feedback by filling out the form above.

Q: Do you have a designated driver program?
A: Yes, the Buffalo Bills and partners Bud Light Good Sport, Delaware North Companies Sportservice, Pepsi, TEAM Coalition and MADD are proud to support the Designated Driver Program at Ralph Wilson Stadium.  Guests can pledge to be a Bills and Bud Light Good Sport Designated Driver at any Guest Service Booth.  Fans who sign-up to be a Good Sport will receive a wristband that identifies him/her as a designated driver and a coupon for a free non-alcoholic beverage.  In addition, participants will be entered to win a special prize pack from Bud Light and the Bills as a thank you for pledging responsibility.  The winner will be announced in the 4th quarter of each home game.  Guests who pledge will also be registered for a chance to win a trip to either the Super Bowl or Pro Bowl, courtesy of TEAM Coalition.  For more information click here.

Q: Are there alternative methods for getting home from the stadium?
A: The Buffalo Bills, in partnership with Designated Drivers of Buffalo, offer an alternative to driving in order to ensure that guests return home safely. Guests who are uncomfortable driving home have access to this unique service by calling (716) 713-7703. Arrangements can be made prior to a game or on game days. Two representatives from Designated Drivers of Buffalo will meet a guest and their party to drive them home in their own car. This allows guests to return home using a safe method in their own car. In addition to Designated Drivers of Buffalo, taxi service is available to all fans that may need a responsible method of transportation.  Taxi cabs are lined up postgame on the east side of Abbott Road near the Scoreboard Tailgate Party.

Q: How can I receive Bills Touch App support?
A: All questions, comments or technical inquiries about your Bills Touch App experience on iOS (iPad), Android (various), or Windows (Surface) platforms, and general information should be directed towards Buffalo Bills Creative Services by filling out the form above.

Q: What are your services for guests with disabilities?

We offer a wide variety of services for guest with disabilities. They include: parking, wheelchairs, elevators, special needs list, and ramps.  For additional information please contact the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS or inquire using the form above.

Q: How do I contact Lost & Found after the game?
A:
To contact Lost & Found, guests may inquire about lost items at any Guest Service Booth during game day. During business hours guests can contact the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB- TICKS to inquire if an item has been recovered. However, the Bills are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Q: General ticket office information:
A: The ticket office and will call are located at 1 Bills Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127 next to the Fieldhouse.

Ticket Office hours are as follows:
- Season Hours: 9 am-5pm Monday - Friday
- 9 am-1pm Saturdays before home games
- 4 hours prior to kick off on game days
- Off Season: 9 am-5pm Monday - Friday

Q: My tickets were destroyed, lost, or stolen. Help!
A: There is a non- refundable $5.00 per replacement charge for lost tickets, stolen tickets without a police report on file in the ticket office, tickets left at home, and wrong game tickets brought to the game. There is no replacement ticket fee for the following: stolen tickets with a police report on file with the ticket office, tickets with damaged or unreadable barcodes.

Q: What do I do if my address or contact information has changed?
A:
If your mailing address has changed, the best option is head to the Account Manager page, log in, and enter your new information. You can also fax or mail (at the address below) a handwritten, signed statement titled “Address Change,” detailing your new address along with a photo copy of your driver license to 716-312-8900. You can also contact your account service representative.

Q: Is there anywhere where I can buy single game tickets?
A:
Individual tickets for the 2014 season go on sale to the general public on June 27th. You can buy single game tickets at buffalobills.com, Ticketmaster, or by calling 1-877-BB-TICKS

Q: Can I buy away game tickets through the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office?
A:
In order to buy away game tickets you can contact the opposing team's ticket office or visit nfl.com/tickets.

Q: As a season ticket holder, is there a way to sell tickets to games I cannot attend?
A: You can resell your tickets using the NFL Ticket Exchange or by accessing Account Manager here.

Q: How can I purchase tickets to the playoffs?
A:
To purchase tickets for the playoffs season tickets holders will have the right of refusal to purchase tickets and the remaining seats will go on sale for individual purchase.

Q: If the Buffalo Bills make the Super Bowl, can I buy tickets?
A:
If the Bills make the Super Bowl there is a lottery process in which you can be entered into to purchase tickets.

Q: Can I sell my tickets to someone outside of the stadium on game day?
A:
To sell your tickets outside to someone on game day, New York State prohibits the resale of tickets within 1,500 feet of the stadium.
