Gatorade Jr. Training Camp

 

The Buffalo Bills Gatorade Jr. Training Camp visits schools, recreation centers, youth football camps and organizations during selected spring through autumn months. The camps is a free, grassroots program that is designed to stress the importance of education, physical fitness, good sportsmanship and teamwork through non-contact interactive football drills for boys and girls between the ages of 8-12 years old. The camp consists of four stations that challenge children to run, throw and catch footballs while improving their coordination skills.

 

To have the Buffalo Bills Gatorade Jr. Training Camp visit your group or organizations please complete the APPLICATION. Due to numerous requests for the camp please allow 4-6 weeks for review of the application.

Site Requirements:
Every school, recreation center and/ or organization must meet the following requirements in order to schedule a Buffalo Bills Gatorade Jr. Training Camp.

1.) Provide a safe, grass playing field or large gym space to accommodate four football stations, a 40 x 40 yard space. For safety reason, camps cannot be held on tar, cement or concrete areas
2.) Provide a volunteer for every 15 children. Volunteers will be needed to assist in running the stations.
3.) Between 50-100 participants in the camp
4.) Provide table, trash receptacles and dispose of any garbage. The Buffalo Bills will provide Gatorade, cups and two coolers
