The Buffalo Bills are accepting applications for customer service based positions for the 2011 football season. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, proactive, and guest oriented people to help us continue to make Ralph Wilson Stadium the best game day experience in the NFL. Opportunities include a wide variety of positions such as Ushers, Guest Service Ambassadors, Premium Seat Service Attendants, and Interactive Game Staff.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check (Interactive Game Staff must be at least 16 years old or able to obtain a work permit from school). Allpro Parking
Allpro Parking is a full-service parking management and transportation company that operates and manages all of the parking lots at Ralph Wilson Stadium on game days. Allpro employees are the first to greet guests as they enter Ralph Wilson Stadium property. Allpro staffs a variety of game day positions such a traffic directors (flaggers), collectors (revenue and/or parking passes), area supervisors and other customer service based positions.
Allpro Parking requires all employees to attend a new-hire orientation. This classroom program provides a comprehensive overview of the company, and stresses the importance of how we act, what we say, and what we do in our daily interactions with customers, fans, co-workers and clients. The new hire orientation introduces our CARES program, developed to be a constant reminder of the values that are important to our company. Delaware North/Erie Sportservice LLC
Sportservice is the premier caterer of food, beverage, and retail provider at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Sportservice is seeking candidates to fill the following team member positions for the upcoming 2011 Buffalo Bills season: supervisors, cooks, kitchen prep, dishwashers, carvers, servers, runners, porters, retail and food vendors, stand attendants, and cashiers.
Sportservice also has full time positions available: Club Manager and Sous Chef.
